Think I`ve been running injured lately. As far as I can tell it is a hamstring related issue. I`m a bit short on my 20 miles and not certain if I`ll try and get in the additional 3 miles I need today or not. Next week is summer camp, so, probably won`t run at all, though, I did bring running clothes.

Description:
Hooked up with some old friends to do a speed workout. I was actually a bit faster than I thought I`d be compared to them but do feel it in my left ham. Only did 4 x 220 at about 38 each. Started with a 1.25 mile warm up, a 220 walk after the 220 run and finished with a mile warm down on the trail. Definitely need to do some more but with some additional speed and/or warm up / down. And I probably need to start some core training too. Warm up - warm down with 4 x 220 speed & 220 walk after. 1 - 220 - 36.57 2 - 220 - 39.37 3 - 220 - 37.61 4 - 220 - 38.65

Description:
Harrison joined me on my run today. First time we`ve really done a complete run together. Was nice but felt bad as this is a rather difficult run due to the amount of climbing. He hung in there with minimal stops but he crashed when we got home. Was nice to have my buddy running with me. I did end up getting a cold but it isn`t too bad as yet.
